BLADED GAS BURNERS
for boilers and water heaters

Partially aerated with over 500,000 UK burner sales per year.
Recognised at the UK Industry Standard for a modular bladed burner. Used on natural or fan assisted boilers, adaptable with a lint arresting gauze on an open flue appliance to aid servicing.

Suitable for use with natural and LP gases, with a capability of a Category 2 NOx emission up to 44KW (HCV)), dependent on flame port loading and the application. Five blades widths available as standard: 148, 196, 220, 268 and 316mm. Burner modules can be built up to 16 blades with a fixed pitch of 20mm.

There are a variety of air-boxes / injector mounting arrangements, external brackets, fixing studs and secondary air guides to meet customer needs.

 

OVAL SECTIONED GAS BURNERS
for gas fires

The burners are available in standard "Simplex" format or in the patented "Duplex" version. Widely used in radiant, fuel effect gas fires, log sets, space heaters, catering appliances and barbecues.

The slim, versatile body-profile measuring only 63 x 31 mm is suitable where space is a premium, made from stainless steel to ensure a long service life.

Manufactured in various lengths and flame port patterns, which can be configured to suit all applications

The unique Aeromatix oxygen depletion sensing (ODS) system can be applied to both types of burner. On manually ignited appliances this self-sensing system eliminates the need for a separate pilot burner.

Suitable for use with natural or LP gases and primary aeration can be controlled to give either yellow or blue flame combustion.

A cross lighting tube can be supplied to aid ignition on a multiple burner set up to be ignited from a single point.
