CYLINDRICAL STEEL PREMIX GAS BURNERS
for high efficiency appliances

The unique weld free design and assembly minimises manufacturing costs and provides significant technical advantages.

The absence of a welded seam allows for a continuous flame pattern, which eliminates heat transfer on un-pierced areas of the burner and assists flame stability.

The mechanical construction avoids denaturing and corrosion that occurs in a welded structure.

The weld free construction lends itself to the choice of other heat resistant alloys capable of operating in temperatures up to 1300oC.

A typical gross input loading is 1.48 watts/mm2 of surface area with a 70mm diameter burner, when applied in a boiler with NOx emission in Category 5 (NOx< 70mg/kWh).
 

 

CERAMIC PREMIX GAS BURNERS
for high efficiency appliances

Designed to meet the compact high efficiency domestic boiler market operating on 2nd or 3rd family gases with the ability to fire in any orientation.

NOx emissions are typically less than 30ppm. DAF (G20), well below the lowest pollutant category required in European standards.

A patented gas distribution system provides a stable and resonance free flame surface, proven in applications up to loadings of 230W/cm2 in blue mode.

The Cordierite ceramic flame surface can tolerate  temperatures up to 1200oC allowing modulation down to 25  W/cm2, and at low dilution the surface can become radiant.

The low coefficient of thermal conductivity of Cordierite eliminates cyclic thermal stressing common in steel burner designs.
